We believe in efficiency and that processes lead to efficient working. We have a tried and tested process in order to deliver our website design services in the most efficient manner without compromising on quality.
1. Discovery
We meet with the client, go through their business, expectations, want and needs in order to create a plan for the website build as well as gain an in depth understanding of the business to advise them on areas of business where the new website may help grow that they may not have thought about or considered.
2. Wiring Framing
We build wire frame templates from the information gathered to tailor a suitable user experience. This is the way that the visitor will navigate and flow through the website in order to generate a sale or a lead.
3. Design
Next we design the aesthetics of the new website. This is how we’ll incorporate and build the brand. If you think about the wire frames as the skeleton then this is the skin. Throughout the process from here we’ll work collaboratively to ensure the clients happy with the website.
4. Development
This is where we add the functionality into the website weather it be contact forms, forums, blogs, ecommerce, application integration etc. At this point we’ll send over a content gathering package for you to fill out and send back. This will include the written content and images.
5. Population
Once we have received back the content from the client we’ll place it into the now built website which completes the Design and Development aspect of the build. Here we will also do the SEO and page optimisation.
5. Testing
We next test the whole website to ensure that everything is working as it should and looks the way that it should. This ensure optimal performance and user experience.
7. Go Live
Once all steps 1 through 6 have been completed the website is ready to be published on the internet and handed over to the client in the capacity of their choosing (administer level or author level).
